Responsibilities- Serve as the main quality liaison among program management, design, test engineering, supplier quality, corporate quality, manufacturing, and risk management for serialized sensor production
- Help set up procedures, work instructions, and processes to meet IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or similar standards
- Lead PPAP and guide creation of quality documents (PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, Inspection Reports, Dimensional reports, FTRs, Certifications, TDOs, Packaging Reports, PSWs) across quality databases (ETQ, Jira, RGBSI, 3DX)
- Develop IQC, IPQC, and OQC requirements and define metrics to measure performance
- Collaborate with Test Engineering to document testing activities and develop end-of-line testing processes
- Work with engineering, metrology, and manufacturing to determine target performance and metrics
- Lead MRB meetings and drive NC/CAPA closure for quarantined units
Key requirements- 8+ years of progressive manufacturing/design quality experience in serialized electro-mechanical manufacturing
- BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Strong knowledge of QMS and quality control fundamentals
- Proficiency in statistical analysis (Minitab or similar)
- Expertise in GD&T interpretation
- Ability to make risk-based decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
