Responsibilities- Support GCC setup engagements across headquarters, bringing expertise in product/platform engineering and delivery models
- Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models with solution teams and client stakeholders
- Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for GCC operations
- Contribute to enterprise transformation programs to support broader business transformation goals
- Travel up to 50% as required
Key requirements- Minimum 5 years in Global Capability Center strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale transformation
- Minimum 2 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, including cross-functional programs
- Minimum 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, and data-driven insights
