Responsibilities- Design and oversee steel pedestal structures for permanent Fab foundations supporting 300MM manufacturing tools
- Create and refine structural layouts using CAD tools (Revit, AutoCAD) in line with US codes ASCE 7, ACI, AISC
- Pilot and analyze engineering experiments to improve construction practices
- Collaborate with suppliers to qualify facilities equipment and systems for manufacturing needs
- Develop and maintain Intel Master Design Specifications (IMDS) and related operations documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global supply chain to enable technology transfers and equipment startups
- Perform operational analysis to optimize efficiency, energy use, and safety in facilities infrastructure
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field with hands on design experience OR Master's in Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field with no prior professional experience
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as Revit or AutoCAD
- Familiarity with US building codes (ASCE 7, ACI, AISC)
- Strong technical writing skills for specifications and documentation
- Analytical thinking
