Project Manager - Power Generation

In this role you will lead large, complex power generation projects as an Owner's Engineer, spanning conventional generation, CHP, and plant expansions. You'll provide technical support across design review, engineering, feasibility, and costing, while managing the full project lifecycle. You'll guide project teams, oversee EPC contractors, and nurture client relationships to unlock new opportunities. This position sits within our Advanced Power Generation Services team, at the forefront of sustainable energy solutions. You'll influence project outcomes and mentor next-generation leaders in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

• Own and deliver large scale, complex services projects for conventional generation
• Provide technical support across design review, engineering, feasibility studies, cost estimates, construction support, testing & commissioning
• Lead project teams and clients through the full lifecycle as Owner's Engineer, including startup
• Lead business development through proposals, RFP support, and bid evaluations
• Oversee EPC contractors and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
• Serve as primary Owner's Engineer with assigned clients to develop relationships and identify opportunities
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and Engineering Managers, establishing execution standards

• 15+ years in the industry with experience on simple cycle, combined cycle, CHP, and boiler applications
• 9+ years in Project Management with full accountability for project outcomes
• Experience across development, design, construction, and startup/commissioning of large/complex projects
• Strong verbal and written communication to lead client and community stakeholders
