Responsibilities- Own the management of assigned electrical projects and teams, focusing on performance, profitability, and value creation
- Ensure work is completed within established timelines, quality standards, man-hours, and regulatory guidelines
- Plan and participate in project meetings and lead scheduling activities
- Direct project supervision and field workers in line with company policies and procedures
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience managing large ground-up electrical projects
- Experience managing project teams, supervisors, and field workers according to policies and procedures
- Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills
- Experience in the electrical field is a plus
