Overview In this role you lead construction across modular AI data center sites, guiding site work, electrical/MEP work, and server move-in to readiness for operations. You coordinate internal teams, vendors, and the general contractor to meet time, cost, and quality targets. You'll manage safety, QA/QC, and compliance while communicating progress and risks to stakeholders. This position plays a pivotal part in Crusoe's rapid, multi-site data center expansion to bolster AI workloads.

Responsibilities- Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and server move-in
- Manage field operations, subcontractors, and safety
- Oversee site improvement, electrical/mechanical installation, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and site logistics through turnover to operations
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders
- Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards
- Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams
- Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards
Key requirements- 5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred)
- Experience with Civil Engineering and site improvement projects
- Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam
- Excellent vendor, schedule, and communication skills
- Ability to travel 40%
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
