Responsibilities- Manage segment throughput from quote to close, ensuring accurate deal setup
- Enforce margin and pricing standards, escalating only genuine exceptions
- Run periodic proactive and targeted sales campaigns for curated lists
- Own renewal management with appropriate automated communications
- Support reps to answer standard program and pricing questions without routing to support
- Improve quote turnaround times and reduce rework through process discipline
Key requirements- 7+ years in commercial energy sales with team leadership
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- Experience with process/throughput management
- Ability to travel to customer sites
- Direct reports management experience (6-12) and budget responsibility
