Responsibilities- Track high-cost maintenance assets and target reduction opportunities
- Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
- Develop standard work procedures for maintenance, including preventive maintenance and setup
- Contribute to design/specs and commissioning plans for new equipment
- Assess equipment criteria and influence asset investment decisions
- Collaborate with production on asset utilization, OEE, and reliability
- Provide technical support to production, maintenance management, and technical staff
- Escalate significant maintenance issues to site leadership and coordinate rapid resolution
- Ensure staffing and maintenance coverage across shifts, including hiring and training
Key requirements- 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience
- Ability to develop and deliver training for precision maintenance
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good understanding of safety and adherence to procedures
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
