Overview In this role you will design and manage company-wide learning and development initiatives to support both new hires and existing employees. You will administer the LMS and Performance Management processes, partnering with management to balance business needs with regulatory and retention goals. You'll collaborate with vendors, maintain records, and measure training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities- Design, develop, implement, and deliver learning initiatives for new hires and current staff
- Collaborate with external training vendors for customized programs
- Administer and support the Learning Management System (LMS) and LMS training
- Maintain training records, calendar, and materials
- Serve as point of contact for training requests
- Manage the company-wide Performance Management process and provide system support
- Evaluate training effectiveness and revise programs based on feedback
- Assist Recruiting: candidate sourcing, screening tools, offer terms, and posting jobs
- Schedule interviews, manage applicant tracking, and coordinate background checks
- Ensure HRIS data accuracy and maintain personnel files
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Proficiency in LMS (prefer Cornerstone) and PMS, and in MS Office
- Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods and tools
- Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences including Senior Leadership
