Overview In this role you drive power system analysis for complex electrical projects, delivering analyses and documentation that guide design and construction. You will mentor engineers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and serve as the technical lead in client-facing settings. You contribute to project strategy, QAQC, and standards development while working in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. Responsibilities- Manage analytical portions of electrical scopes and QAQC
- Perform voltage drop, short circuit, selective coordination, and arc flash analyses for large projects
- Generate final analysis reports and device settings for construction
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical feedback
- Coordinate with owner and internal/external teams to resolve system conflicts
- Serve as primary electrical technical contact across project teams
- Support preparation of technical specifications and review submittals/RFIs
- Conduct site visits and generate professional field reports
- Inform system technical specifications and equipment performance ratings
- Participate in scoping and resource planning for electrical analysis scope
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- P.E. licensure
- 10+ years in the AEC industry preferred
- SKM experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage manhour estimates and project deliverables
- Proficiency with computers for word processing, spreadsheets, and email
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, flexible and collaborative attitude
