Overview In this role you will drive the development and industrialization of innovative consumer beauty products through close collaboration with Third-Party Manufacturers, R&D teams and cross-functional stakeholders. You will manage TPM development activities from briefing through commercialization, coordinating timelines, risks and deliverables with internal teams and suppliers. You'll support formula development, validation, testing and technical documentation to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. You will partner with Marketing, Procurement, Packaging, Quality and external manufacturers to push fast, high-quality innovation.
Responsibilities- Manage TPM development activities from briefing through commercialization

- Coordinate testing, claims support and technical documentation
- Monitor technical performance throughout development

- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Key requirements- Degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline
- 3+ years in formulation or cosmetic product development
- Experience in color cosmetics preferred
