Responsibilities- Translate business strategy into actionable people plans with Legal Market leaders
- Support growth initiatives and organizational transformation efforts
- Provide data-driven workforce analytics to inform decisions
- Lead organizational design and change management aligned with strategic priorities
- Forecast hiring needs with Talent Acquisition and drive succession planning
- Support early career programs and development pathways for entry-level talent
- Lead talent reviews, performance management, and development planning with leaders
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture and partner on DEI initiatives
- Oversee fair application of compensation and reward practices with Total Rewards
Key requirements- 5-8 years of HR experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field
- Senior-level HRBP experience within a complex, matrixed organization with COE support
- Experience supporting commercial or market-facing businesses (legal, professional services, or technology preferred)
- Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and talent management
- Leadership coaching and executive presence with strong stakeholder influence
- Ability to connect talent strategy to financial and operational outcomes
