Overview In this role you will join the Solid Tumor Division as a faculty-level clinician-scientist focused on advancing clinical and translational research in pediatric oncology. You will lead clinical research efforts in specified sub-disease areas and deliver high-quality patient care in collaboration with division leadership and the broader oncology team. Responsibilities- Lead clinical research in identified pediatric solid tumor sub-disease fields
- Provide expert patient care in pediatric hematology-oncology
- Drive educational initiatives and supervise/mentor fellows and residents
- Align individual goals with divisional and institutional strategic objectives
- Collaborate across divisions and with the St. Jude NCI-funded Comprehensive Cancer Center on translational research
- Contribute to development and implementation of multidisciplinary care pathways
- Support clinical, educational, and translational research initiatives within the division
Key requirements- MD, MD/PhD or DO degree
- Board certified or board-eligible in pediatric hematology-oncology
- Expertise in hematology and oncology and clinical care
- Evidence of academic potential and mentorship/fellowship training experience
