Overview As Electrical Engineer Supervisor - CF, you act as Engineer of Record and lead a multi-disciplinary team on dedicated projects. You will supervise, coordinate, and assign tasks while overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and staff development. The role entails client and contractor liaison, design standardization, and construction administration. You'll contribute to expert teams and proposals within a global engineering practice that values collaboration and advancement. Responsibilities- Act as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects
- Supervise and guide engineering staff and assign project tasks
- Lead coordination meetings and participate in budgeting and scheduling
- Provide employee evaluations and mentorship in technical training
- Develop design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects
- Manage Construction Administration duties (RFIs, Bulletins, Addenda)
- Coordinate with accounting to prepare monthly invoices and monitor AR
- Oversee project communications with clients, contractors, and Owners
- Contribute to firm-wide Expert Teams and project proposals/contracts
- Prepare analyses and reports on system options and building conditions
Key requirements- Current PE registration
- Healthcare design experience
- Experience on Healthcare, Federal, Critical Facilities, Commercial, and Aviation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years of Project Management experience
- 10+ years in a consulting firm (MEP engineering)
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Hands-on design and CAD/REVIT experience
- Leadership and staff mentoring
