Overview In this role you lead a multidisciplinary group delivering complex infrastructure projects. You supervise budgets, schedules, and quality while aligning group and office goals with the firm's strategic plans. You drive client engagement, pursue opportunities, and ensure resources are ready to meet project needs. You shape technical directions, mentoring staff and guiding performance to achieve high-value outcomes for clients and the firm.
Responsibilities- Direct and oversee multi-department project delivery, budgets, priorities, and staffing
- Collaborate across groups and offices on work-sharing and opportunities
- Lead implementation of SSA (sales), SDA (project delivery), and SCA (contracting) processes
- Support marketing activities including client discovery, proposals, interviews, and win-to-work efforts
- Maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and business growth
- Participate in office strategic planning and potentially the Office Leadership Team
- Recruit, develop, and retain staff, including performance and succession planning
- Manage project management activities (scope, schedule, budget, quality) and supervise a large team
- Provide technical services such as research, reports, design, specs, and plans
- Lead and guide overall program execution to meet quality, schedule, and client expectations
Key requirements- Bachelor in Engineering
- 12 years of practical experience
