Overview

Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst at ICW Group designs, administers, and improves Total Rewards programs. You will partner with HR leadership, Finance, Payroll, and vendors to keep compensation and benefits competitive and compliant. You'll influence decision-making through data analysis, benchmarking, and program design to enhance the employee experience and support recruitment and retention. This role offers exposure to benefits strategy, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration in a large, growth-oriented company.

Responsibilities
  • Administer benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, wellness, leave) and manage daily processing (enrollments, COBRA, terminations, life events)
  • Serve as primary contact for benefits vendors and third-party administrators
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions and manage benefits billing
  • Maintain benefits records and ensure regulatory compliance; conduct audits and nondiscrimination testing
  • Support compensation programs (salary structures, job evaluations, pay practices) and market benchmarking
  • Assist with merit, promotions, and bonus planning; analyze pay data for strategic decisions
  • Evaluate and benchmark existing benefits; support implementation of new programs and wellness initiatives
  • Develop and deliver benefits communications; coordinate annual open enrollment and employee education
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and related regulations; prepare reports and filings
Key requirements
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in benefits administration, compensation analysis, or Total Rewards
  • Experience with HRIS such as Workday (preferred)
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking tools or survey platforms (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance
  • Advanced Excel; good Word and PowerPoint; data interpretation and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
