Overview In this role you drive manufacturing process improvements for a high-volume 200mm wafer fab. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize procedures, yield, and cycle times while supporting ramp projects and process experiments. Your work directly impacts efficiency, quality, and production flow in analog technologies. Responsibilities- Support manufacturing operations
- Develop and implement improved methods, procedures, and processes to boost efficiency, yields, machine operations, and quality
- Lead and execute improvement plans including efficiency, cost reduction, quality, and new product support
- Perform lot and equipment dispositions to sustain continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in high-volume manufacturing
- Identify systematic process or equipment problems and communicate findings to engineering staff
- Support manufacturing ramp with equipment/startup execution and process experiments (SWRs)
- Participate in data analysis and problem resolution
Key requirements- 5+ years as an Epi/Epitaxy Process Engineer in the semiconductor industry
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate across functions
