Overview As Manager, Marketing Analytics, you lead a team that delivers marketing insights to support cross-functional partners across marketing, merchandising and operations. You will drive analysis using models like MMM, MTA, LTA and channel ROAS to generate actionable recommendations. The role emphasizes partnering with product, engineering and vendors to shape analytics and reporting capabilities. You will present findings to senior stakeholders and champion data-driven investments that move the business forward. Responsibilities- Present analysis and recommendations to peers and senior management; build business cases for site enhancements
- Identify opportunities to drive financial goals across the organization and align with site objectives
- Lead weekly/monthly/seasonal/annual conversion planning and ad hoc analyses, translating insights into actions
- Draw conclusions from analytics and recommend policy or process changes with clear ROI rationale
- Prioritize and manage requests for report enhancements and analytics from business partners; improve data-driven views
- Collaborate to ensure consistent methodologies and reporting; share best practices and develop system knowledge
- Prioritize analytic projects and enhancements for measurement technology used at Home Depot
- Provide leadership for analytics teams (reporting and analysis) and oversee ongoing site testing programs
Key requirements- Experience managing a team of analytics professionals
