Sr. Director of Procurement

• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market conditions
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management to secure favorable terms and ensure supplier compliance
• Manage and mentor procurement staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and deliver solutions that support operational requirements
• Monitor procurement metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation, and process improvements
• Ensure procurement policies and procedures comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
• Drive supplier relationship management programs to enhance supplier performance and innovation
• Oversee procurement budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with financial goals and reporting requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management, including leadership roles
• Proven experience managing large-scale procurement operations and supplier negotiations
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and regulatory compliance
