Responsibilities- Manage communications and marketing campaigns to assist producers in business development
- Maintain Salesforce, Zywave, and related sales enablement systems for data accuracy and reporting
- Coordinate referral opportunities with Commercial Lending and other partners
- Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports to support BD efforts
- Plan and coordinate client and prospect engagement events
- Develop and maintain customer-facing presentations, marketing materials, and sales resources
- Provide support to internal users on sales enablement systems, processes, and tools
- Act with integrity, caring and excellence to achieve win-win outcomes
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in B2B sales, business development, relationship management, sales operations, or marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
