Overview In this role you will provide technical support across project controls functions, focusing on cost control, scheduling, and document management for large infrastructure projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze data, maintain PMCS and document controls, and communicate risks and deviations to leadership. This is a hands-on role in a growing firm with an employee-owned culture, offering impact across project outcomes and schedules. You'll help shape project performance through robust reporting and recovery planning.
Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze master and baseline schedules; generate progress and specialty schedules
- Produce schedule updates, deviation reports, and recovery plans
- Develop cost estimates (conceptual, change orders) and budget/cost reports
- Maintain PMCS and document controls for engineering, procurement, and construction documents
- Establish project controls procedures across cost, scheduling, document control, and risk
- Assess impacts of design/construction changes and support recovery planning
- Identify trends and root causes of variances and recommend corrective actions
- Create client/project management reports and prepare information for meetings
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field and 6 years' relevant experience or 10 years' relevant experience in lieu of education
