Overview As Head of Product, you will shape and execute a visionary digital product strategy that fuels growth across our portfolio. Responsibilities- Define and execute a robust product strategy aligned with business and technological vision
- Lead and mentor a diverse product team, establishing clear goals and development paths
- Create strategic roadmaps and track OKRs for multiple digital products
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional partners (Engineering, Operations, Marketing) for aligned product execution
- Drive prioritization, investments, and resource allocation
- Lead portfolio reviews and strategic planning sessions for forward-thinking decisions
- Foster client-centric thinking and advocate for adoption and optimization strategies
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
- Promote collaboration, servant leadership, and a culture of continuous improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with Scrum Masters, infrastructure, and development teams
Key requirements- 10+ years in product management, product strategy, software or delivery development with digital products and portfolios
- 5+ years of leadership/management experience
- Experience in regulated industries (banking, finance)
- Proven track record leading large-scale agile transformations
- Advanced experience with agile planning and tracking tools (Azure DevOps)
- Advanced knowledge of lean portfolio management practices
- Ability to build partnerships with technology, business units, and external vendors
- Strong communication and leadership skills with stakeholder influence
- Solid knowledge of DevOps practices and software architecture
- Successful delivery of strategic digital product initiatives and roadmap execution
- Experience with client satisfaction and engagement metric improvements
