Responsibilities- Prepare and/or assist in producing required broker/dealer regulatory reports (Reserve Computation, FOCUS)
- Support month-end accounting close, including entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
- Assemble data to complete daily regulatory reporting requirements
- Assist in the daily/monthly financial regulatory reporting and accounting close processes
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 5+ years in a bank or broker-dealer finance department with experience in regulatory reports
- Accounting experience at a financial institution including entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Intermediate Excel and SQL knowledge; comfortable with AI tools to improve efficiency
- Series 27 or 99 preferred (to be obtained within 1 year)
