Overview As Senior Manager of FP&A, you will lead financial planning and analysis for the Solutions & Services arm, delivering performance insights to C-suite and senior leadership. You'll manage the FP&A team, own the financial plan and forecasts, and drive standardized metrics across systems. Your work translates complex results into forward-looking guidance that informs strategy and investment. Responsibilities- Act as thought leader for the FP&A team and business segments, driving cross-functional finance projects
- Manage FP&A team members with coaching and development to elevate business and system skills
- Advance planning/budgeting practices and expand the analytical toolkit used by the team
- Own practice-level P&Ls, reconciling data from operational systems to financials and standardizing definitions across sources
- Collaborate with Services FP&A to maintain operating metrics (backlog, utilization, attach rate, project margin) with consistent definitions and targets
- Translate financial results into forward-looking insights for senior leadership (what moved, why, what to watch)
- Provide business operations support including month-end processing and related tasks as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in Finance/Accounting with 3+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles and their application to business analysis
- Experience supporting technology/services P&Ls, with expertise in project-based revenue recognition, cost management, and KPI analysis (preferred)
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Workday Adaptive experience preferred
