Overview In this role you will support the Investigations, Compliance & Privacy practice within Risk Advisory, applying accounting and financial analysis to address critical issues for clients. You will assess complex transactions for GAAP/IFRS compliance and explore fraud and regulatory risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will build financial models, analyze data, and prepare expert reports and presentations to clients. The work combines technical rigor with client-facing communication in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on integrity and inclusion.

Responsibilities- Research and analyze financial factors affecting litigation damages or valuation
- Develop projections and forecasts
- Create financial models including discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses
- Analyze transactions for fraud and GAAP/IFRS compliance
- Review audit working papers for professional standards
- Communicate with clients and colleagues; draft expert reports and presentations
- Create and manage large data sets; apply statistical analysis
- Prepare presentation materials; perform quality control over work product
- Organize documents for litigation and valuation reports
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or related
- CPA certification required
- Minimum four years' work experience
- Proficiency in financial modelling and cash flow analyses
- Strong project management and ability to handle multiple tasks; meet deadlines
- Team player with entrepreneurial attitude and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work outside normal U.S. business hours
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
