Responsibilities- Draft and document business requirements for ad and offers capabilities, converting advertiser needs into precise technical specs
- Act as a day-to-day partner to engineering teams, aligning on requirements and managing trade-offs
- Lead product testing and QA, including UAT and performance validation, before launch
- Coordinate with vendors on third-party integrations within the AdTech ecosystem (DSPs, ad servers, measurement platforms)
- Support governance and compliance processes, preparing documentation for legal and risk reviews
- Track post-launch product and system performance and suggest optimization ideas
- Assess risk in business decisions and ensure adherence to laws, policy, and ethical standards
Key requirements- 6-10 years of product management experience in digital advertising, adtech, or martech
- Proven ability to develop detailed business requirements and technical specs with technology teams
- Strong understanding of adtech stack: ad serving, targeting, measurement, and delivery
- Experience supporting third-party technology integrations in advertising
- Excellent communication skills translating tech concepts for business audiences and vice versa
