Overview In this role you help drive the launch and adoption of innovative neuro healthcare solutions within a defined territory. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders while shaping market strategy and cross-functional collaboration. You play a key part in bringing a potential first-in-class Tourette syndrome treatment to patients, balancing individual performance with Teva's broader mission. Responsibilities- Build rapport with regional teams, cross-functional partners, and healthcare staff to understand needs and respond appropriately
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing for customers
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and office staff to promote products and educate patients
- Strategically manage key accounts by tailoring solutions to their needs and leveraging market insights to differentiate products
- Review and analyze sales data to inform territory plans and allocate promotional budgets
- Address external market challenges and foster collaboration across internal teams to align sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse expertise for cohesive execution
- Maintain target call activity with top healthcare provider customers
- Apply a range of problem-solving techniques to improve regional performance
- Adhere to Teva's compliance policies and complete administrative duties for territory management
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree (preferred in related field); pharmaceutical sales experience is a plus
- Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders within Centers of Excellence or large health systems (preferred)
- Experience collaborating with specialty pharmacies, patient programs, and reimbursement partners (preferred)
- Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare diseases, or complex disease states (preferred)
- New product launch experience, especially in specialty or complex disease markets (preferred)
- Senior Sales Specialist: minimum 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: minimum 7 years (level based on experience)
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; comfortable with technology
