Responsibilities- Lead electrical design and documentation for medium to large building projects
- Manage timelines and workflows across multiple complex projects
- Mentor junior staff and conduct performance coaching
- Coordinate with Studio Leaders, Marketing, Business Development and other disciplines
- Present engineering solutions to clients and design review committees
- Oversee design work of others and perform quality control reviews
- Engage in research to solve complex electrical problems and develop innovative solutions
- Participate in recruitment and interview processes as requested
Key requirements- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 15 years of building design and construction electrical engineering experience
- Experience leading electrical teams
- PE registration required
- LEED AP preferred
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, SKM, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office
- Engineer of record experience for large higher education, science & technology, mission-critical and healthcare projects
