Overview

In this role you will drive territory sales for a long-acting injectable schizophrenia therapy within hospital settings, building strategic relationships with clinicians and administrators. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives while upholding Teva's compliance standards. You'll analyze market trends to optimize territory plans and demonstrations, shaping access and formulary success. This position offers impact through hospital-channel execution and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Develop territory plans to meet/exceed sales goals
  • Sell across diverse care settings and identify key hospital opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, market access, and training teams
  • Ensure compliance with Teva policies and ethical guidelines
  • Analyze data to identify trends and adjust plans
  • Build relationships with healthcare providers and hospital staff
  • Provide product demonstrations, detailing, and education to customers
  • Coordinate with specialty pharmacies to ensure product availability
  • Monitor formulary developments and P&T committee activity
  • Understand discharge planning and transitions of care
  • Maintain call averages focusing on top targets
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in long-acting injectables for schizophrenia
  • Hospital experience with buy-and-bill, formulary placement, and P&T committees
  • Psychiatric field experience preferred; L.A.I. launch experience valued
  • Injectable administration experience in mental health settings preferred
  • Ability to operate in complex networks and extract customer insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Valid US driver's license with clean driving record
