Responsibilities- Lead and manage large, complex projects and teams
- Mentor junior staff to promote learning and growth
- Define design parameters considering codes, site constraints, budget and schedule
- Develop and execute project work plans and mini-sheet plans
- Oversee daily activities of the architectural team and ensure technical quality of Construction Documents
- Assist PM with schedule/budget adherence and scope-change impact analysis
- Forecast resources and support staffing decisions
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and ensure timely information exchange
- Oversee production of schematic, design development and construction documents
- Prepare addenda and bulletins related to architectural work
- Perform in-house construction administration tasks (RFI responses, shop drawing reviews, bulletins)
- Provide field representation when required
- Maintain and enhance office architectural standards and tools
- Leverage Revit and related BIM workflows per company standards
- Familiar with laser scanning/point clouds
- Perform related duties as assigned
Key requirements- 25+ years related architecture experience
- NCARB certificate required
- Registered Architect
- Bachelor in Architecture or Architectural Engineering; Master preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, MS Office, Teams
- Familiar with BIM360 and point cloud software (e.g. Autodesk Recap)
