Lead Architect with Anthropic Experience

Overview

In this role you lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI/ML applications leveraging Claude and agentic AI, guiding integrations into large-scale systems. You'll ensure robust, secure, and scalable solutions that align with the company's technical strategy and governance. You will work with cross-functional teams to modernize platforms and accelerate client outcomes through AI-driven innovation. This opportunity lets you shape production-grade AI infrastructure at scale within a consulting environment.

Responsibilities
  • Integrate and fine-tune LLMs and AI/ML models into enterprise applications
  • Develop deployment, inference, and monitoring strategies for production performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to align AI solutions with overall technical strategy and standards
  • Design and deploy cloud-native applications on hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using containers, serverless, and managed databases
  • Ensure security of AI/ML systems addressing data privacy, model poisoning, and adversarial threats
  • Apply architect and agentic design patterns to build resilient, maintainable software
  • Lead and coordinate projects/workstreams to deliver outcomes for clients
Key requirements
  • 8+ years as a Solution or Application Architect focusing on application development
  • 8+ years hands-on experience in Java, .NET or Python
  • Hyperscaler architect certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • 6+ years delivering production AI/ML solutions including 1+ year Generative AI/Agentic AI systems
  • 3+ years developing AI/ML applications in Python, Java or .NET
  • 1+ year designing/implementing production agentic workflows (orchestration, tool integration, state mgmt, guardrails, human-in-the-loop)
  • 1+ year developing/ deploying production solutions using Claude models
  • 1+ year applying prompt engineering and related techniques to improve AI performance
  • 1+ year leading project workstreams translating business problems into AI solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel 50%
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
