Overview In this role, you will lead the strategy and development for leadless and low voltage therapies within Abbott's Cardiac Rhythm Management division. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into compelling product offerings and to drive market success. You will shape the product roadmap, conduct VOC and market analyses, and steer launches and portfolio optimization to improve patient care. This is an onsite role with global scope, offering visibility across geographies and functions.

Responsibilities- Define and execute a cohesive product vision and strategy for the assigned line with marketing and regional partners
- Drive cross-functional and cross-geo alignment on new products and features via Abbott CRM marketing processes
- Lead upstream activities including problem/opportunity statements, target product profile, value proposition, claims, evidence planning, forecasts, and geo planning
- Differentiate products through competitive analysis and compelling value propositions
- Develop the Marketing Plan and present products in customer interactions and internal reviews
- Incorporate VOC feedback from qualitative/quantitative research into strategy and roadmaps
- Analyze VOC, sales data, and financials to quantify opportunities and build NPV models and forecasts
- Create data-driven recommendations and POVs to support annual marketing initiatives
- Contribute to product development by providing VOC and commercially aligned inputs to PMO, R&D, QA, Regulatory, and other groups
- Lead downstream marketing on positioning, messaging, and product launches and ensure alignment with budget and compliance
- Coordinate external communications with consultants, research firms, vendors, and customers
- Monitor performance against marketing plans and ensure adherence to quality and ethics standards
Key requirements- Bachelor in Related field
- 5-8 years of related work experience; international marketing/product management experience in medical devices preferred
- Strong knowledge of business concepts and market dynamics; able to act as a technical resource and influence cross-functional teams
