Overview In this role you enable CFOs to modernize finance operations using Oracle Cloud ERP. You'll blend functional knowledge of GL and sub-ledger with advisory and delivery skills to collaborate across business, technical, testing, and offshore teams. You'll translate CFO priorities into scalable Oracle solutions that deliver faster close, better forecast accuracy, and measurable value. You work closely with cross-functional teams to drive finance transformation and value realization in complex environments. Responsibilities- Support Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs across finance organizations, including process redesign, configuration, data conversion, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live adoption
- Design and configure Oracle Fixed Assets capabilities (categories, books, depreciation, capitalization, transfers, retirements) and integrate with Projects and GL
- Translate CFO priorities into measurable value cases and KPI baselines linked to finance outcomes
- Analyze finance process data (COA, sub-ledger mappings, master data, journals, asset registers, reconciliations) to inform design and data cleansing
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, Accenture teams, and offshore resources to deliver coordinated Oracle Cloud ERP outcomes
- Provide hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP training and enablement for business users and project members
- Support cutover activities, deployment readiness, change enablement, and stakeholder communications for finance releases
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery methods and cross-team collaboration while driving finance transformation value
- Travel may be required (0-100%) depending on business need and client requirements
Key requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, or Intercompany)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and deploying Oracle Fixed Assets (lifecycle, depreciation, reporting)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance transformation consulting (process design, controllership, close optimization, or CFO advisory)
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with finance process data (COA design, sub-ledger to ledger reconciliation, data conversion, or finance master data management)
- Minimum 1 year of experience serving utilities clients or in a utilities finance/control/regulatory function
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience)
- If Associate's Degree, equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
