Overview In this Wealth Management leadership role, you retain and grow high net worth client relationships while coordinating a team of Banking, Trust, and Investment professionals to meet client needs. You provide expert guidance on complex wealth and relationship issues, aligning with the firm's wealth management capabilities. You'll navigate regulatory requirements (NMLS) and work to enable client outcomes, growth, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities- Retain and grow medium to large high net worth client relationships
- Build and lead a team around the client to meet needs
- Provide expert counsel on complex wealth and relationship management issues
- Partner with colleagues to service unique client requirements
- Drive client satisfaction and business growth in wealth management context
Key requirements- 10+ years of high and ultra-high net worth wealth management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and related background checks
- Strong relationship management, networking, and business development skills
- Excellent written, spoken, and presentation abilities
- Ability to make critical decisions independently
- Professional designation such as CFA or CFP preferred
