Mechanical Engineer (Robotics)

In this MoTS role, you own the full lifecycle of one or more robots, guiding a small team from concept to manufacturing and support. You design, prototype, and troubleshoot hardware while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure we build the right solution. You mentor engineers, developing leaders and ensuring smooth handoffs. You thrive in fast, methodical hardware iteration and relish turning ideas into tangible products that impact real-world operations.

• Own end-to-end robot development and, potentially, multiple robot types
• Guide and coordinate engineers to move work from napkin sketch to production and support
• Design, prototype, and iterate hardware concepts
• Collaborate across teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and tradeoffs are understood
• Mentor and grow engineers into leaders and owners
