Overview

In this role you lead PCG's quality culture across field operations and the Quality Department, shaping QA/QC policies and driving performance. You will partner with Operations leadership to reduce risk, improve processes, and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards. You'll oversee quality certifications and audits, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role with a focus on continuous improvement and organizational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Quality Management Board and Operations Quality Stakeholders to align quality initiatives
  • Develop and implement quality policies, standards, and best practices across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and applicable codes
  • Oversee the Quality Management System, third-party certification programs, and high-risk item evaluations (water infiltration, fire risk, ADA, structural integrity)
  • Manage Design Verification across all product lines and drive nonconformance, root cause analysis, and process improvement
  • Develop, measure, and report on KPIs and partner with Operations to improve quality performance and reduce risk
  • Conduct internal quality audits, prepare reports, and resolve findings
  • Support client satisfaction initiatives and subcontractor/vendor quality programs
  • Oversee budget and financial performance related to quality management and reporting to leadership
Key requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, operations management, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or commensurate work experience)
  • Proven project leadership from proposal to post-production support
  • Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets and achieving profit margins
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent tools
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Experience in quality systems and problem-solving approaches (root cause analysis, corrective actions)
  • Strong ability to develop teams and mentor staff
  • Experience with compliance to customer requirements and industry standards
