Overview As an Associate Finance Manager, you will lead SAP closing cycles and manage the monthly closing calendar to ensure accurate reporting. You'll handle SAP structure maintenance, journal entries, and ad-hoc analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting. Your work directly influences group reporting accuracy and financial discipline across product, district, and regional scopes. Responsibilities- Run SAP cost center to COPA cycles to deliver monthly results across Product, District, Territory, Area, HQ and SEC
- Execute SAP taxes and benefits distributions for cost centers to capture monthly accruals
- Run cost center allocations to distribute intercompany and HQ costs across SEC cost centers
- Schedule and coordinate the monthly financial close to ensure timely reporting
- Manage EI deferred revenue recognition and reconcile related balance sheet accounts
- Reconcile COPA and General Ledger to ensure accurate Group Management Results (GMR) for DataSOURCE submission
- Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting; create budget shells and planning files
- Post close entries and adjust accruals, reclassifications; support ad-hoc analyses
- Maintain headcount analysis and quarterly ICC/WIP reports for DataSOURCE submission
- Create and maintain Tax and Benefits cycles, cost center/CE groups and SS accounts in SAP
- Maintain SEC Hierarchy and Chart of Accounts for balance sheet and P&L accuracy
- Prepare reports for cost center tracking, US Census forms, and intercompany accounts
- Post year-end adjusting entries for pensions, product liabilities, and expatriate costs
- Perform annual balance roll-forward including A/P and A/R accounts
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- SAP FI/CO proficiency
- 3+ years of industry experience with strong accounting knowledge
