Overview In this role you lead the Customer Service function for Latrobe Specialty Metals Distribution, aligning daily operations with safety, quality, and service objectives. You'll manage a cross-functional team, prioritize work, and drive process improvements to meet deadlines and budget targets. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional support for tooling customers while upholding company policies and environment and safety standards. This is a hands-on leadership position at a trusted metallurgical materials provider with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the business support, technical or production teams
- Set priorities to ensure task completion and coordinate with other supervisors

Key requirements- Four-year college degree
- Three or more years of experience
- Knowledge of B2B customer service principles and problem-solving methods
