Overview

As Predictive Maintenance Analyst, you monitor equipment performance with advanced analytics to improve reliability and uptime. You'll work with corporate and field SMEs to triage anomalies and resolve reliability concerns. The role combines data insight with cross-functional collaboration to enhance asset performance and support digital maintenance initiatives. You will build dashboards and contribute to refining predictive maintenance methodologies, shaping how we prevent failures at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze plant equipment performance using predictive analytics platforms (Seeq, GE Vernova, Aspen Mtell)
  • Identify and diagnose anomalies and trends to assess equipment health
  • Evaluate and triage predictive alerts, documenting causes, severity, and next steps
  • Collaborate with corporate and field SMEs and operations personnel to address reliability issues
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking equipment condition and predictive performance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of predictive maintenance methodologies and data quality
  • Support digital transformation by integrating maintenance insights into workflows
  • Ensure documentation and communication of predictive findings for organizational learning
Key requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in equipment condition monitoring, reliability, or predictive maintenance in oil & gas or similar heavy industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge of rotating equipment (centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, pumps, engines, gas turbines, motors)
  • Working knowledge of process and instrumentation systems and their relation to equipment performance
  • Hands-on experience with predictive analytics or asset performance monitoring software (Seeq, GE Vernova, Aspen Mtell preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data trends into actionable reliability insights
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to engage with technical and operational stakeholders
  • Knowledge of plant operations and maintenance
  • Mechanical, process controls, or technical education background preferred (degree not required)
  • Preferred certifications: CMRP, ISO vibration analysis, or related credentials
