Overview In this role you will support neuromodulation medical device manufacturing by leading electrical engineering initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and improve test platforms. You will analyze data, drive root-cause investigations, and implement robust testing strategies to ensure quality and compliance. Responsibilities- Lead failure and root-cause analysis of products failing in manufacturing and test
- Deep dive into PCB schematics, layouts, and assembly processes for fault diagnosis
- Create test plans with protocol development, tooling/fixturing design, electrical testing, data analysis, and reporting
- Analyze and interpret test data to identify trends and plan next steps
- Modify and upgrade the existing Test Platform (software and hardware) as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Visual Studio C# programming
- Hands-on experience with test equipment
- Strong documentation of test procedures, results, and issues
- Experience with AOI systems and Cognex vision programming/debugging
