Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership on complex engineering projects
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams from planning through construction
- Mentor and develop engineering staff across multiple offices
- Serve as technical reviewer for reports, plans, and specs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future work
- Support business development, proposal preparation, and strategic planning
- Coordinate with public agencies, municipalities, and private clients
- Assist in expanding engineering services and regional presence
- Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expertise in one or more disciplines: Transportation, Site Civil, Water Resources, H&H, Coastal Engineering, Federal Infrastructure, Municipal Engineering, Land Development
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Strong client relationship management and business development experience preferred
