Overview As SAP Plant Maintenance Lead at Amazon Leo, you will design, implement, and deploy PM solutions within the S4 HANA ERP to enable rapid production of space hardware. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain to optimize processes and integrations across SAP modules. You will lead blueprinting, design, testing, and training, driving data-driven improvements and measurable adoption. This role offers impact on scalable, cost-efficient operations at the constellation-level aerospace initiative.

Responsibilities- Build and deploy SAP PM solutions and related reports
- Identify best practices to simplify and optimize processes
- Lead blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and produce design documents
- Create training materials and conduct train-the-trainer sessions
- Plan and manage sprint cycles and product feature deployments
- Define success metrics and monitor product adoption and impact
- Prepare functional specs, configure and test SAP RICEFW areas
- Coordinate cross-workstream integrations (SAP PP, QM, EWM, MM, MES)
- Support SAP Production system for tickets and improvements
- Conduct defect analysis and implement fixes in production
- Develop BRDs and FS documents and ensure compliance with standards
- Engage in strategic SAP solution roadmaps and annual planning
- Provide manufacturing and operations-facing support through the lifecycle
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' SAP PM/Asset Management implementation experience
- Ability to design and configure PM solution and write Functional Specifications
