Strategic Account Manager, Women's Health Sales

Overview

In this role, you drive growth of Natera's women's health portfolio within IDNs, large hospital systems, and academic centers. You will partner with the local sales team to educate strategic accounts, recruit lab partners, and build relationships with senior influencers. You'll lead cross-functional collaboration to implement EMR/UX tools and execute regional business plans that align with sales goals. This is a high-impact, travel-intensive role shaping partnerships and revenue in a critical health-tech domain.

Responsibilities
  • Educate and recruit Strategic Accounts and Lab Partners to use Natera's women's health tests
  • Become a subject matter expert and represent Natera to KOL physicians, Medical Directors, Hospital Administrators, Lab Directors, and Senior Management
  • Develop relationships within OBGYN residency and MFM fellowship programs
  • Collaborate to implement EMR and UX tools to grow Natera's women's health products
  • Develop and implement regional business plans aligning with sales goals
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Field Specialist (CFS) team to maximize opportunities
  • Formulate and execute strategies using field input, market assessments, and industry trends
  • Maintain positive relationships across internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay current on Natera training requirements
  • Travel 50-75%
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory industry (preferably genetics)
  • At least 3 years of sales management or consulting in diagnostic laboratories
  • Proven track record in developing new markets, launching products, and increasing revenue
  • Award-winning management or consulting history
  • Experience in reproductive health market is a plus
  • Strong time management and coaching skills
  • Team-oriented with initiative and self-motivation
