Overview In this role you will lead the Global Data Management Finance Data team within Deloitte's SAP-based finance platform to ensure data integrity and controls. You'll influence accounting design and data strategy while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support global SAP adoption. You will drive performance, coaching, and continuous improvement in a complex, globally distributed environment. Responsibilities- Lead the Global Data Management Finance Data team and set priorities for data integrity, controls, and automation across the SAP platform
- Advise finance leadership on accounting design, profit center strategy, and data integrity for global initiatives
- Partner with technology, onboarding, and operations to support SAP adoption and finance data model implementation
- Strengthen internal controls, compliance support, data protection, and auditability of finance data processes
- Lead a distributed team with performance management, coaching, hiring, and continuous improvement initiatives
Key requirements- 10+ years in financial accounting, cost accounting, auditing, financial statements, and financial reporting
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Advanced SAP FICO experience (GL, profit centers, cost centers, end-to-end integrity)
- Experience applying GAAP or IFRS
- Active CPA license
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Ability to travel 0-10%
