Overview In this role you will support finance planning and reporting for Lockheed Martin's RMS Sikorsky Core. You'll work in a hybrid setting with senior management, driving accuracy in closing, forecasting, and planning processes. You help consolidate plans, prepare executive presentations, and advance finance process improvements. This is a chance to influence major programs and partner with cross-functional FP&A teams. Responsibilities- Oversee monthly close and forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting for RMS Management reviews
- Support Annual Plan and Long Range Plan consolidation and provide planning presentations
- Prepare financial presentations/publications for RMS leadership (MPR, CFO reviews, CSR reviews, LRP, Annual Plan) and related dashboards
- Lead Risk & Opportunities consolidation with Market segment leads, ensuring accurate financial statuses
- Consolidate and review monthly Facing Page submissions with program summaries/fact sheets
- Build relationships with RMS FP&A and Program Finance teams to enable informed financial decisions
- Drive finance process improvements through 1LMX initiatives
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis for Senior Leadership
Key requirements- Bachelor degree with 6 years of professional experience or 4 years with related Masters
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Motivated self-starter
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP and Hyperion Planning preferred
