Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to senior leaders
- Partner with leaders to set HR priorities that drive business performance and growth
- Lead talent management processes including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development
- Analyze workforce trends and business data to identify opportunities and craft solutions
- Consult on complex employee relations matters and facilitate resolutions while balancing business needs
- Coach leaders on performance, team effectiveness, and employee development
- Support organizational effectiveness efforts (design, spans & layers, role clarity, workforce optimization)
- Drive scalable HR programs that improve engagement, retention, and performance
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies, staying informed on HR trends
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent & Organizational Development, and HR Operations
Key requirements- 8+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP experience with senior leaders
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience partnering with executive teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience leading organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into people strategy
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, or field-based organizations preferred
- Experience in med-tech, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries preferred
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and build partnerships with leaders; strong analytics
