Overview In this role you will lead the TSBU portfolio for the Lincoln, NE site, shaping regional category strategies aligned to global sourcing plans. You will work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive cost-effective, supply-resilient solutions and optimize total cost of ownership. The position focuses on FTZ-enabled logistics, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement to enable growth and profitability. You will operate at the intersection of procurement, engineering, and trade compliance to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional category strategies aligned to global plans
- Own category performance including COGS, supplier savings, and inventory Monitor lead times and drive improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and quality on specs, nonconformance, and CAPAs
- Drive TCO improvements via cost-down roadmaps, VAVE, and supplier development
- Manage supply risk, mitigation plans, alternate sourcing, and supplier continuity
- Prepare and present category performance to leadership
- Partner with Trade Compliance and FTZ to support FTZ execution
- Identify FTZ-enabled sourcing/logistics strategies to reduce landed cost and improve lead times
- Coordinate FTZ material flows to support production and inventory accuracy
- Guide cross-functional teams on FTZ impact on sourcing decisions, timing, and cost
- Ensure compliance with HTS, Incoterms, and required customs docs for FTZ operations
- Track FTZ utilization and savings opportunities
Key requirements- English fluency; Japanese and/or Chinese preferred
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- 3+ years in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or related roles
- Experience with SAP, SAP Ariba, or similar procurement tools
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; spend analytics or BI tools
- Experience leading supplier negotiations, RFQs, cost analysis, and TCO initiatives
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with engineering, quality, finance, operations, and compliance
