Responsibilities- Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion
- Serve as primary client contact and provide proactive guidance
- Oversee engagement budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Review audit plans, internal control assessments, and engagement deliverables
- Mentor and develop team members through feedback and development
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of top talent
- Contribute to business development by strengthening client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
- Deliver operational excellence and profitable engagement execution with strong client experience
Key requirements- 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA required
