Overview As Associate Director/Director, Patient Marketing, you will lead the US patient/consumer marketing strategy for the Cebranopadol launch. You'll work within the global marketing team to drive patient engagement and supportive programs across omnichannel channels, ensuring compliant and impactful promotion. Responsibilities- Lead patient marketing launch readiness and commercialization planning for a new product
- Develop patient insights via primary/secondary research, journey mapping, segmentation, and targeting
- Create and optimize patient-focused omnichannel campaigns to drive disease and brand awareness, engagement, and adherence
- Oversee compliant development of patient/consumer materials across digital and traditional channels
- Collaborate with Market Access, Regulatory, Medical, Analytics and other teams to align strategy and messaging
- Manage external agencies, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Lead patient support programs and HUB services in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Monitor market dynamics, campaign performance, and KPIs to optimize impact and growth
- Ensure alignment with FDA regulations and company policies in all promotional activities
Key requirements- Bachelor degree
- MBA/MS or equivalent preferred
- 8+ years pharma/biotech marketing experience with 5+ years in DTC/patient marketing in the US
- Proven leadership of patient marketing strategy, launch plans, and commercialization
- Experience with omnichannel campaigns from strategy to execution
- Experience with primary/secondary market research, segmentation and analytics
- Launch experience for novel therapies in the US
- Strong understanding of US pharma marketing, FDA regulations, and MLR processes
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM, and marketing analytics tools
- Preference for Pain Management/ Neuroscience/CNS exposure
