Overview In this role you will lead the strategic planning and execution of potable water projects from concept to completion, helping grow MSA's water infrastructure portfolio. You will work with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulators to deliver high-impact, compliant solutions. You will mentor engineers and represent the firm in industry forums and client engagements. This is a key strategic hire to expand the potable water capability across our Midwest offices, with flexible, remote/hybrid options and an employee-owned culture.

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience with client interaction including council/board meetings
- 6+ years of prior experience with water treatment projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
